About
Scope & Standard produces framework documents for med spas and wellness clinics: emergency preparedness, intake, charting, staffing, medical director oversight and energy device records, with the review cycles that keep them current.
"Scope" is scope of practice. "Standard" is standard operating procedure. The documents give a practice the structure; the practice and its accountable prescriber supply the content.
The documents are structural templates. They are not clinical advice, standards of care, medical direction or legal advice. Every clinical decision belongs to the accountable prescriber who completes and signs each document, and each practice verifies its own requirements with its regulators and counsel. Scope & Standard is not your medical director, consultant or attorney.
Who can buy
Practices with a medical director or other accountable prescriber in place, and owners preparing to open who are still arranging one. At checkout the buyer confirms that no document is used with patients until the medical director has completed, reviewed and signed it. The Medical Director Engagement File is sold to licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants for their own records. See License and terms.
What you are buying
An instant download after checkout. Every product includes fillable PDFs in US Letter and A4, and some include an editable Canva version. The single-location license covers one physical practice location; up to 3 and up to 10 location options are offered at checkout.
Frameworks are reviewed on a published schedule and the revision history is public. When a framework you bought is revised, email us your order number and we send the current version at no charge.
