Verify each item with the body named before any framework document is used. Record the date and the source. The regulator directory lists the official bodies for every US state, Canada, the UK and Australia.

• Who may perform each procedure, under what delegation or supervision. Nursing and medicine regulators.
• Whether a prescriber evaluation is required before treatment, whether telehealth satisfies it, and how long it stays valid.
• Whether standing orders are permitted for these services, or patient-specific orders are required.
• Supervision level required, in the regulator's own terms.
• Ownership and corporate practice rules affecting this practice. Counsel.
• Record retention period and patient access rules.
• Prescription product sourcing rules. Pharmacy regulator.
• Esthetic versus medical scope boundary. Esthetics licensing body.
• Mobile or offsite service rules, if applicable.
• Adverse event and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Device registration or operator licensing for lasers, IPL or other devices, if applicable.
