• This website has no accounts, forms, or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
• Purchases happen on Etsy. Etsy collects and processes your order and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive what Etsy shares with sellers: your name, order details, and the personalization you enter (the medical director's name and credentials, and practice name). We use it to fulfil and verify the order and keep it in an order log. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

• To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted where the law allows, email us.
