Revision History

Every framework carries a revision number in its footer. This page records what changed in each revision. Structural changes only: the frameworks do not restate law, so they are not revised because a law changed. Checking current law is the practice's job, with its regulators and counsel.

• Rev. 2.0, every framework. Two-page Jurisdiction Verification for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia; Where to Verify and Sources pages; US Letter and A4 files; new editable Canva templates. Emergency kit and equipment checks moved to at least weekly and after every use, with function checks, seal numbers and restock records. Treatment records gain time of entry, order type and prescriber consult mode, preparation and reconstitution fields, age check, and allergy reaction. New logs: medication refrigerator and excursion, vial and reconstitution, product receiving and authenticity, infection prevention, sharps and exposure, hazardous products, license and life support, candour, near-miss, quality improvement and peer review. • New: medical director and energy device frameworks. Medical Director Oversight Module, Medical Director Engagement File, Energy Device Operations Module, Laser and IPL Safety Add-on, and two device treatment records. Front matter separates clinical items signed by the prescriber from business items verified by the owner or counsel.
• Emergency protocols, revision 4. Lot traceability extended to diluent and infusion fluid on every patient-facing documentation block, including four Tier 1 pages that previously had no lot field. Accountable prescriber definition and Jurisdiction Verification page added to front matter. Revisions 1 to 3 were pre-release drafts and were never sold.
• All frameworks. Jurisdiction Verification page and accountable prescriber definition added. "Standing order framework" renamed "order authorization framework." Supervision level made a blank field wherever it appeared.
