Who may buy
Scope & Standard frameworks are sold only to practices that have a medical director or other accountable prescriber, and the Medical Director Engagement File is sold only to licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Checkout asks for the medical director's (or, for the Engagement File, the buyer's) name and credentials. Orders without this information, or with information that appears false, are cancelled and refunded.
What the license allows
- Single-clinic license. Use at one physical practice location. You may print, complete and copy the documents without limit for that location's internal use, and edit them to fit your practice.
- Single-prescriber license (Medical Director Engagement File). Use by one licensed prescriber for their own records.
- You may not resell, share, publish, or distribute the documents, in original or edited form, to anyone outside the licensed practice or prescriber. A second location needs a second license.
What the documents are
Blank frameworks. They contain no doses, drug selections, device settings, thresholds or orders, and they do not describe the law of any jurisdiction. A document is not usable until the practice's accountable prescriber completes, reviews and signs its clinical content. Purchase does not create a clinical protocol, delegation or supervision arrangement, and does not satisfy any regulatory requirement on its own. Nothing on this site or in the documents is legal or medical advice.
Refunds
Digital downloads are delivered instantly through Etsy. If a file is damaged or is not what the listing describes, email [email protected] with your order number. Etsy's purchase protections also apply.

Revised versions of a framework you bought are provided at no charge on request. See the revision history.
