Hiring your second clinician
With one clinician, the rules live in one head. With two, they have to be written down: what each role may do, under what supervision, and how you know they are competent.
What has to exist
- A role framework for each position, with scope and supervision fields left for the prescriber.
- License and certification tracking with expiry dates.
- An orientation record tied to the practice's own completed documents.
- Competency validation per service, signed.
- A personnel file index so nothing lives in an inbox.

The frameworks
- Staffing and Competency Module, $29. Role frameworks, license tracking, orientation, competency validation, personnel file index.
- Clinic Opening Kit, $149. If the rest of the practice paperwork is thin too: staffing plus the five frameworks it depends on.
Sold only to practices with a medical director or other accountable prescriber. Checkout asks for that person's name and credentials. Every document is a blank framework: it is not usable until your medical director completes, reviews and signs it. Not legal or medical advice.
